Refund Policy

1. Evaluation Fees

All evaluation fees are non-refundable once the evaluation challenge has been activated. An evaluation is considered activated when the trader first accesses their demo account.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as technical failures caused by our systems or duplicate purchases. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact our support team at forexfundingtrader@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an error with your charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
